  Jalem Getz

  President & CEO

  Prior to launching BuyCostumes.com in 1999, Jalem Getz founded specialty retail company GMI in 1995 at age 22. Under his leadership GMI became one of Wisconsin’s fastest growing companies, and the largest seasonal retailer in Milwaukee. During his tenure at BUYSEASONS, Jalem has been recognized numerous times as a successful leader and marketer. In addition to being featured on Inc. Magazine’s list of 500 fastest growing companies in 2005 and 2006, he was named one of the four most successful people in Wisconsin under the age of 40, and listed in Entrepreneur Magazine’s hot 100 list in 2004.

  Dan Haight

  Chief Operating Officer

  Dan Haight joined the BUYSEASONS team in March 2004. He brings nearly 20 years of internet and retail experience in operations, finance, merchandising, and marketing. Dan has spent most of his career in leadership positions developing new business opportunities and channels for large retailers including OfficeMax, Target, and NordicTrack. Along with overseeing the new BUYSEASONS Direct channel, he also plays a major role in driving the growth strategy and marketing initiatives for the BUYSEASONS brands.

  Terry Rowinski

  Vice President, Operations

  Terry Rowinski is the Vice President of Operations in charge of all Supply Chain Logistics, Customer Service, Print Manufacturing, and facility operations at the company. Prior to joining BUYSEASON in 2008, he’s served in executive roles with Exel, Kohl’s Department Stores, and non-profit organizations. His expansive experience includes logistics solutions development, implementation, and long-term ownership over domestic and global supply chains.

  Neil McCafferty

  Vice President, Finance

  Neil is an integral member of the management team. He has been instrumental as BUYSEASONS became part of the Liberty Media family, and in the acquisition of Celebrate Express, as he and his team quickly and effectively integrated the financials of the two businesses. Neil works closely with the management team to identify opportunities to further leverage our infrastructure, drive revenue, and reduce costs.

  Sean Clark

  Vice President, Merchandising/General Merchandise Manager

  Sean Clark has served as the Vice President of Merchandising /General Merchandise Manager at BUYSEASONS since October 2008. He brings more than 25 years of retail, catalog, ecommerce and merchandising experience and is responsible for the merchandising, replenishment, product development, and licensing groups. Before joining the BUYSEASONS, he spent his career with major retailers Office Max and Boise Cascade Office Products Corporation.

  David Karst

  Vice President, Human Resources

  With more than 20 years of staffing and human relation experience, David Karst oversees all staffing efforts and hires the best of the best for BUYSEASONS’ cast of characters. As an entrepreneur, David owned and operated his own staffing service for 13 years before joining the BUYSEASONS team. During his career David has consulted with businesses throughout the country to develop strategic partnerships focused on employee success within the company.
