Customer Service Representative – Home Based, Seasonal

Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for delivery and execution of exemplary customer service to BuySeasons customers.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Positive and proactive customer service
- Receive and initiate telephone calls regarding sales of goods, customer service and product inquiries
- Review, analyze and process orders, returns and credits
- Prepare and respond to correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Liaison between customer and all internal departments
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Flexibility of availability outside of scheduled hours
Qualifications:
- Must live within 50 miles of BUYSEASONS campus
- Must meet or exceed all CPU technical qualifications
- Need hard wired access to high speed internet and a phone line (no cell phones)
- Must pass our on-line assessment
- Professionalism and efficiency on telephone and in all interactions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills; must be able to identify and resolve problems in a
timely manner; gather and analyze information; develop alternative solutions; uses reason when dealing with emotional situations
- Strong PC experience
- Accurate, reliable and cooperative
- Must have a strong attention to detail
- Customer service or sales experience
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
