• BuySeasons is always looking for new characters to join our cast. Our seasonal business, which begins mid-summer and runs through the middle of November, creates numerous positions in our distribution center and call center. We typically hire between 1,500 and 2,000 seasonal employees to temporarily join our cast of characters. Our seasonal positions have the potential to become full-time positions. • Seasonal Warehouse Associate

  Position Description:

  We are seeking highly motivated Warehouse Associates, who loves to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Candidates must have solid work history with the desire to excel in all areas. This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced, dynamic, internet specialty retailer.

  Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Order picking/packing
  • Order sorting
  • Shipping
  • Receiving
  • Replenishment

  Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years warehouse experience
  • High School education or equivalent
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Strong verbal communication

• Seasonal Customer Service Representative

  Position Description:

  The Seasonal Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for ensuring maximum coverage in the Call Center. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, fast paced company with tremendous growth opportunities.

  Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Positive and proactive customer service
  • Receive and initiate telephone calls regarding sales of goods, customer service and product inquiries
  • Review, analyze and process orders, returns and credits
  • Prepare and respond to correspondence in a timely and professional manner

  Requirements:

  • Professionalism and efficiency on telephone and in all interactions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills; must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information; develop alternative solutions; uses reason when dealing with emotional situations
