• When planning our move back in 2006 we wanted to do it in a big way, so we turned to Willow Tree Development, LLC and Berghammer Corporation to design and create an eco-friendly building specifically for our company.

  Located at 5915 S. Moorland Road in New Berlin, WI, our new corporate headquarters opened in March 2008 and since then has gotten a lot of attention. Not only is our 470,000 sq. ft facility big enough to accommodate the rapid growth of our business including a state of the art customer call and distribution center but it’s the first certified “green” building in the city of New Berlin.

  We incorporated sustainable LEED standards in the building design that would not only control site and storm water impact but would create an eco-friendly place for our employees. We manage an aggressive environmental and lighting program so that we can save energy, cut down on costs, and provide a fantastic environment for everyone to work in.
